Dear Tim, It appears to be highly appreciable step. I hope that the earlier model up to 2010 shall not be taken at its face value and at least the reality check shall be done for 2017.It is time to factor in (a) Increased level and number/ types of Pollutants (b) Altered status of Surface and Ground water resources and their recharge patterns (c) New Technology Options and Improvements in Treatment of water, water supply, treatment of waste water and increased demand for tertiary water (d) Changed patterns in demand for Industrial water due to feasibility of ZLD (e) Improved/Altered schemes for Future Urban Development
